DELIVERY
Delivery is free for mainland UK.
Please email if you'd like a price for shipping to other parts of the UK such as the Scottish Islands and for shipping overseas.
We aim to send all orders out within 2 - 5 working days, but please allow 14 working days for your order to arrive. We send parcels via Parcelforce, Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery/Signed For service, or a reputable local courier service. Delivery times are normally 9am -5pm Mon - Fri, if you require delivery outside of these times please email us at: [email protected] so we can arrange this for you.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched so you can look out for your parcel in the post.
All products are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering, however short delays may occur if an item is out of stock. We will notify you immediately should this be the case.
Should you need something urgently please email with your specific requirements and we'll do our best to help.
RETURNS
All products are hand made with care so we hope you will love them. However, if you are unhappy with any items you have bought you are welcome to return them to us for a replacement or full refund, including delivery cost, as long as they are in the original condition and come back to us within 14 days. We are unable to cover your return shipping costs.
Please let us know via email if you are returning anything so we will know to expect it and please retain proof of posting when returning any items as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
